Storage is the priority
Review cabinet interiors and access before door style.
A sample board is only part of a buildable kitchen or bathroom. Use this selection order to align dimensions, product specifications, and responsibilities before deposits are placed and existing rooms are taken apart.

List difficult tasks: unloading dishes, sharing a vanity, reaching storage, or entering the shower. Mark which problems need a layout change and which a different product could solve. Include maintenance preferences and how long you expect to keep the home so choices fit actual use rather than a photograph.
Appliances and cabinets establish openings and clearances. Shower dimensions, door movement, and vanity depth shape bathroom circulation. Keep a selection sheet with manufacturer, model, size, finish, supplier, and who orders each item. Check substitute products against the plan before accepting them; similar appearance does not mean the same fit.
For counters, compare edges, cutouts, seams, supports, and installation alongside the surface. For a shower, ask how the specified assembly handles water before debating tile color. Flooring transitions, trim, and paint repairs belong in the conversation. A material price is not a comparison of complete installed scopes.
Ask which items must be on site or confirmed before demolition, rough-in, templating, and finishing. Decide who inspects deliveries and handles damaged or missing pieces. Verify permit questions with the correct office. Record approved substitutions and their price or schedule effects rather than leaving changes in scattered text messages.
Keep a copy of this list with your project notes. Share only the records needed to understand the work; omit unrelated personal or financial information.
Use the office for the actual property jurisdiction. A postal city name does not establish the reviewing authority. These official resources were checked September 5, 2026; confirm current requirements with the authority before applying.
This is general project preparation, not a site inspection, design, permit determination, or fixed-price proposal.

Check substitute dimensions before approving it.
The initial project focus is Snohomish County, including Everett, Lynnwood, Lake Stevens, and Marysville inquiries. Availability is confirmed for the address and scope. Incorporated cities and the county use different application paths; check jurisdiction first.
Review the service scope, then request an estimate on this site. Include the decisions you have already made and the questions still open.
